I am a 23 year old from Alabama, living in Nashville, Tennessee. Yeah, I know you're thinking about banjo picking, toilet bowl flower pots and cotton fields. Though I do not own a toilet bowl flower pot, nor do I live near a cotton field, I am proud to say that yes, i DO own a banjo, as well as a guitar, a tenor guitar, a mandolin, and an organ. And I'm happy about it. I just recently graduated from nursing school at the University of North Alabama, and am working as an RN at St. Thomas Hospital on the Joint Replacement floor. This takes up most of my time, unfortunately, but whenever I'm not studying, I'm playing/writing music, sewing or doing art, or hiking and mountain biking with my dog Naima! I have a great life. End of story.

My poor little rabbit is sick!! Apparently, he has come down with an upper respiratory infection; we brought him inside and gave him a bath, forced fluids and food in him, and gave him some antibiotics. He was so weak, he couldn’t even hold his head up- it was pitiful!! He is sleeping in our living room tonight; I’m just really hoping he makes it and gets better! Tomorrow we might be visiting the vet….
